I earned my B.A. in Communications from the University of Connecticut and completed a Certificate in Multimedia Production. My work now sits at the intersection of IT support, systems, communication, automation, and visual storytelling.
I learn best by getting hands-on: build it, break it, understand it, improve it, document it. That applies whether I’m provisioning hardware, troubleshooting a sign-in issue, editing a video, or figuring out why a server or service suddenly stopped behaving the way it should.
